Description
The Lasermedico Service department has the primary task of maximising reliability and operational safety of all equipment. To this end, an annual control and maintenance plan is formulated. They also ensure there is always someone on stand-by for fast intervention in the case of breakdown.
The service department’s warehouse contains the most up to date parts for various instruments, in order to provide a fast solution if defects arise.
In most cases, the service department is able to organise a replacement instrument should circumstances not allow a fast solution
