Different types

During maintenance or control, a calibrated external power meter is used to check whether the indicated power/energy corresponds to measurements on the meter. All alarms are checked, which is important for safeguarding good performance of the system.
The cooling circuit will be checked and replenished if required. Filters will be replaced in a timely manner and the instrument cleaned (dust) where necessary. Optical components are inspected and cleaned where necessary. General functioning of the instrument is tested.

 

To ensure the instrument operates effectively and its life span is maximised, we advise two to three controls/services per year.
There are 3 formats available to this effect, the omnium service contract, the semi-omnium service contract and the standard service.

Omnium service contract:
This format provides two controls/services per year. Labour, transport and parts required during interventions or the repair of breakdowns are fully included. The omnium service contract can only be entered into at the time of purchase or immediately after the second year of warranty.

 

Semi-omnium service contract:
This format provides two controls/services per year. Labour and transport required during interventions or the repair of breakdowns are fully included.

 

Standard service:
With the standard service, a number of services (one, two or three) are performed annually at a fixed rate. Interventions to address breakdowns are invoiced separately.

 

It is evident that we aim to help all clients as quickly as possible in times of breakdown. However, clients with an omnium service contract take precedence and are able to use a free replacement instrument if one is available.
