Product operations

The DEKA Synchro PLAY Platform offers two different lasersources and an optional IPL system with 5 different filters in one unit.
The basic module is a Short & Long Pulse Nd:YAG laser and/or a long pulse Alexandrite laser. The SynchroPLAY laser modules have a large number of exchnageable quick-release handstukken (from 2,5mm to 16mm) with automatic spotsize recognition.

The efficacy of the de Nd:YAG laser has been clinically proven for hair removal on all skin types, vascular indications (telangiectasias, hemangiomas, Port wine stains, etc.) both on the face or on the body. The short pulse mode offers the possibility of non-ablative skin rejuvenation. The Alexandrite laser has proven to be a versatile wavelength for hair removal, vascular lesions and pigmented lesions.

The Synchro Play offers a choice of IPL filters with 5 different emission spectra and a broad range of applications, ranging from hair removal to vascular and pigmented lesions. Filters are easily and quickly exchanged by means of a simple magnetic system. The integrated and adjustable cooling contributes to safety and patient comfort.

 

Q&A

Is the Synchro PLAY transportable?

Yes, although the weight and volume of the synchro PLAY are important due to the very high performance level (power supply, cooling, etc) the synchro PLAY can be tranported. Lasermedico kan provide an optional transport case for that purpose.

Why is a TOP HAT beam profile important?

This characteristic ensures that the energy density ( = Fluence in J/cm²) is the same over the entire spot. In this way there are no so-called Hot Spots that can cause epidermal damage.

Why is high peak power important?

For vascular indications, it is important to adjust the pulse duration to the thickness of the blood vessel. Extremely short pulse duration is required for very fine blood vessels. Only devices with a sufficiently high peak power can deliver sufficient energy at such short pulse duration. A high peak power is also an important condition for the removal of fine hairs.

What is the advantage of the integrated cooling in the IPL handpiece?

It is obvious that also an adapted cooling will protect the epidermis during treatments. Moreover, the cooling is adjustable and will be adjusted acoording to the skin type and the indication.
